Pitaya Smoothie

Pitaya is filled with antioxidant and prebiotic fibers, perfect if you are suffering from IBS or a chronic illness.


Pitaya Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 bananas
  • 1 packet frozen pitaya (dragon fruit) 
  • 1/2 cup wild blueberries
  • 1 cup water 



  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
